About the Work
The cities of Birmingham and Oxford are quite unlike one another, although both suffer sex gangs who prey on children.
The women in burkhas on the left are in Birmingham, the men below them were in Birmingham but are now in jail. The women on the right are professors in Oxford, the men below them were in Oxford but are now in jail. I don't know whether its good we live in different worlds.
